the game of risk.... quite possibly one of the greatest games ever invented. Risk has been a timeless classic. Risk has also been made into a video game which also include 2 very enthusiastic thumbs up. there are so many variations to this game... i don't know how you could get bored with it! world domination at its finest!

risk comes with:
risk gameboard
deck of 44 cards
12 secret mission cards
6 sets of military miniatures: infantry, cavalry, artillery
5 battle dice (normal dice will not be tolerated

the object of the game is simple..... world domination. there are 6 different colors... red, black, blue, yellow, green, gray. depending on your variation of the game. you deal out the deck of 44 cards into 3 piles... (with play of 2 people) one for you, you're dirty opponent, and the neutral, to whom you assign a color. you put one of your smaller guys on each country... as does neutral person and the dirty opponent. Now with rest of your small guys you defend your territories from the dirty savages. this is where some planning could be useful. and also you put 2 small neutral guys on there countries.

now is where it gets VERY interesting. this is where the world domination bit comes in... the phrase kill or be killed i think is very relevent. you put your armies on and take over country by country... getting more armies taking over countries, then continents... and then... well i think you get the idea.



this game is suitable for children as well as adults... the fun is what you make of it... you really have to put yourself into this game... its still fun without it... but when i not role play... live a little... kill some people....
